A blonde session ale hopped with Chinook, Simcoe and Centennial to provide a fragrant citrus pale blonde beer with good balanced malts for a thirst quenching pint.

Smooth, fine-tasting, unsweetened still dry cider. Single varietal, made only from handpicked, unsprayed Yarlington Mill apples. Yarlington Mill is a much-loved traditional cider apple that gives juicy fruit flavours with hints of warm cinnamon spice and mellow tannins. We harvested the apples by hand from a nearby unsprayed orchard in the autumn of 2024.

Session offers a lower alcohol volume for a more accessible pint. Eastern Counties style crisp, clean acidity with layers of complexity from the slow maturation: our ciders are a minimum of 12 months old. Made from local waste apples our ciders are wild fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurised and uncarbonated. This is the medium sweet version.

Made with 100% Perry pears grown in Somerset producing a very light easy drinking Perry.
