Back in our early days we liked to experiment with our brewing, and Fallout is the result of an experimental brew that blew us away! A punchy Indian Pale Ale brewed with the infamous Kent Bullion hop. Light and fresh, with gentle zesty notes, Fallout is the perfect session beer...don't worry, it's safe and tested for consumption!
A refreshing, sessionable, hazy pale ale to be shared, which shows our love for hops and the pursuit of pale perfection. With a simple malt base and hopped generously with Mosaic, Centennial and Citra it bursts forth with resinous notes of sticky mandarin, grapefruit. It finishes crisp and clean with a soft, pithy bitterness.
Session IPA with fruity and citrus flavours. Coconut and tropical fruit flavours from whirlpool additions of Sabro and Citra, with a slightly bitter finish due to an early kettle addition of Pahto hops. The aroma is coconut with hints of grapefruit and lime.
English is just that, our take on the trusty English bitter. One of our flagship brews and the first creation we ever considered good enough to share. English is a traditional amber coloured bitter with a rounded malty taste. We use a mix of English hops to balance out the sweet barleys we use in the mash, creating a sturdy and dependable bitter.
This beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring. Take the opportunity and go for the low hanging fruit, this sumptuous beer really is a plum!
This is a sparkling, bright, pale ale, made with Goldings for a tangy, slightly astringent bitterness with Fuggles for earthly balance.
Easy drinking and refreshing ale with a light fruity taste and aroma from Kent grown Golding and Challenger hops. Typical traditional English style.
A benchmark cask pale ale series. Each edition features two different hops to showcase the interplay between the two. Generous whirlpool and dry hop additions work alongside the fruity esters that come from our house London Ale III yeast strain. Hops: Simcoe and Ekuanot. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
Light and golden coloured beer with a strong citrus and hop aroma. Citrus and grassy hop flavours dominate the palate with a light and refreshing dry finish. A superbly drinkable beer.
Single hopped pale ale with Loral. A wonderful floral and herbal hop with a backdrop of citrus.
Our formidable best bitter brewed with a boat load of hops and malts, this brassy bodied, sweet tasting ale has become the backbone of our range.
