Inspired by our Lake District heartland, we’ve aimed to make the everyday extraordinary. The result is Wainwright Gold; a lightly hopped, refreshing golden ale that’s packed full of sweet honey and subtle citric flavours.
With its chocolate-toffee malt flavour, moderate bitterness and distinctively fruity character, this is a ruby-red-glowing, full-bodied and well balanced ale.
Gold coloured beer with a pleasant lemon, white grape and slightly bready nose. Taste reflects the nose with some astringency as the hops kick in.
This amber-coloured ale has a subtle bitterness and delicately enticing hop balance, it is satisfyingly moreish. Clean, creamy and lightly fruity; a pint at the pinnacle of perfection. Hops: Bobek, Hersbrucker, Magnum and Tradition.
Pale brown with a faint malty and fruity aroma. Malt and fruit flavours dominate the taste with a balancing bitterness, making for an easy-drinking beer of deceptive strength.
Dry hop aroma with full range of complex flavours. The melding of nut, fruit and winey flavours creates a drinkable ale.
Pale colour with predominantly fruity flavour and slight sweetness, leading to a pleasing, dry finish.
A delicate balance of biscuity malt and juicy citrus fruit. Lightly bitter overall, with a slight tartness and soft orange marmalade notes at all times. A refreshing, bitter, golden ale featuring Fuggles and First Gold hops.
This creamy smooth has all the easy-drinking attributes you would expect from a smooth ale, but also has an underlying depth of character. English barley delivers its full and malty flavour and our use of traditional English Goldings and Fuggle Hops combine to create a clean, bitter taste. The late addition of American Cascade hops delivers its enticing aroma and moreish citrus finish.
We wanted to create a light, crisp, punchy, go to beer! A beer that you know you can pick up and appreciate or simply get it down ya neck. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA.
Stan's Trad is Stan Thatchers's traditional cider. Mellow from the time it spends in our oak vats, naturally hazy from the bittersweet apples carefully chosen for the blend, and full on flavour.
A memorable and deceptively easy-drinking IPA. This is an authentic recreation of the beer style created for, and enjoyed throughout the Empire. Goldings, Fuggles and American Cascade hops combine to give a crisp, citrus hop aromas, with a balanced, bittersweet finish.
A genuine premium beer, pale brown in appearance with a deep rich taste. Full bodied with a clean, bitter taste, balanced with a sweet burnt, malty and fruity notes with a distinctive dry-hop aroma and flavour.
