Here at Thornbridge we have a deep respect for British Brewing heritage and on hearing that the historic Burton Union system was being retired we decided we wanted to do our part in saving one of the sets. We installed it in Bakewell, and after getting up and running we brewed this batch of Jaipur using it, each pint is a true piece of history. Hops: Chinook, Centennial, Ahtanum, Simcoe, Columbus and Cascade.
This juicy pale ale plays on classic tropical and pine flavours, with a relaxed mango twist.
Our finest premium pale ale. Brewed with vibrant Sladek and Marynka hops from Eastern Europe, expect sprightly citrus and floral aromas with delicate piney notes. The finest English Maris Otter barley malt brings it back home with a full-bodied and creamy palate that'll be sure to send you on your Stairway to Paradise!
Pale, hoppy, malty brew with a hint of sweetness before a dry finish.
The Worlds creamiest stout set to conquer the world. Forged In Dublin Ireland by Conor McGregor. A beautifully hand-crafted stout with hints of chocolate and coffee roasted notes.
Long Mynd Cider only uses cider apples. The cider apples are milled, pressed then over winter they ferment with their own wild yeasts converting the sugar to alcohol. This takes up to six months. There’s never any rush. After fermentation our cider is conditioned in Scotch whisky barrels before going into the dispensing tanks. We use our own apples and at least three other local varieties to create a unique flavour and taste.
A dry cider. Slightly cloudy in character, it is a young, light, tremendously fruity and refreshing cyder with a distinctive bite. Named after the feisty Cornish Rattler apple and blended with Healey's know-how, our Cornish Rattler Cyder has the crisp, fresh flavour you crave.
Our champion Mild has a smooth character and taste notes of chocolate malt, which gives this beer plenty of flavour and belies its strength.
Heavily hopped golden bitter brewed with a small amount of caramalt and plenty of Citra hops. Strong citrus and tropical tones of grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit and lychee.
A light and zingy go to IPA. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA. Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Mosaic. Vegan friendly.
A myriad of tropical fruit flavours in harmonious balance with an enjoyable level of hoppy bitterness, a good malt character and a very clean finish. This a dangerously drinkable 5.5% IPA!
