Our golden ale is brewed using Cascade hops which give a subtle citrus flavour, coupled with Cara malt to give a light golden colour and a hint of sweetness.
Medium dry cloudy cider, mellow and rounded with the flavour of slowly matured bittersweet cider apples. Apples from a single years harvest, slowly matured and spends time in our oak aged vats.
Medium-sweet, cloudy, and slowly matured still cider made from freshly pressed apples, paired with a refreshing infusion of rhubarb juice. The well balanced, fruity taste and tart finish provides a deliciously moreish cider.
