This is a well rounded Jet Black Stout. Dark malts lend a dry bitterness to stouts, with hints of coffee and dark chocolate. These are good things, when that bitterness is balanced with the right amount and varieties of hops and caramel malts, and Bramling Cross hops are added for their dark fruit flavours to balance. Oats are added to the mash to increase the body. A proper full bodied stout with a complex flavour. What more could dark beer lovers want!
A dark amber ale, this is an old school bitter with an American twist. The 3 major characteristics of this ale are the aroma, hop flavour and bitterness.
Golden amber in colour with citrus and some floral hop aromas. Toffee sweetness and citrus fruit flavours are balanced by a floral and earthy hop contribution, with a long dry satisfying bitter finish.
A new cask pale ale brewed with local community grown Prima Donna hops on the hot side, and the addition of some Citra hops on the cold side.
Sweet cider infused with tart raspberry rippled through with vanilla.
Medium-sweet, cloudy, and slowly matured still cider made from freshly pressed apples, paired with a refreshing infusion of rhubarb juice. The well balanced, fruity taste and tart finish provides a deliciously moreish cider.
Medium dry cloudy cider, mellow and rounded with the flavour of slowly matured bittersweet cider apples. Apples from a single years harvest, slowly matured and spends time in our oak aged vats.
