This Irish stout was a follow up brew to an annual Study Tour, which this year took place in Ireland. Brewed to a traditional Irish style recipe, with roasted barley, chocolate malt and flaked barley providing notes of espresso, rich chocolate with a rounded finish. Collaboration with The Young Members of the Institute Of Brewing. Vegan friendly.
It's the style that defines English beer. That to some is simply 'real ale'. It is of course Best Bitter. Made with no fewer than 7 malts and 3 different English Hops, this is a gentle, fruity, well rounded ale, with just the right amount of bitterness to keep you coming back for more. Medium-sweet, cloudy, and slowly matured still cider made from freshly pressed apples, paired with a refreshing infusion of rhubarb juice. The well balanced, fruity taste and tart finish provides a deliciously moreish cider.
Medium dry cloudy cider, mellow and rounded with the flavour of slowly matured bittersweet cider apples. Apples from a single years harvest, slowly matured and spends time in our oak aged vats.
A refreshing berry flavour with citrus notes creates a well-balanced easy drinking cider with a fresh finish.
