A classic session bitter. A well-balanced beer, copper/red-brown in colour, made with Fuggles, Perle and Sovereign hops, with a late hopping of more Sovereign.
We've dry hopped a batch of our classic golden Hophead – this time with lashings of Wai-iti hops from New Zealand. This brings a stone fruit, lime citrus aroma to the beer, which balances beautifully with the classic Hophead malt base of extra pale malt and caramalt. Not forgetting of course the elderflower hit from the Cascade hops. A stellar Hophead, as you have never seen it before.
A rich and smooth Cornish porter. A beautifully balanced blend of 5 malts fills the mouth with suggestions of dark chocolate, roasted coffee and a smokey infusion. A very long and heartily satisfying finish. Vegan friendly.
Red IPA brewed with all Cascade hops for the original grapefruit, grassy notes. It's an old school Anglo-American IPA, a big whack of hot side Cascade and a warming ABV. Showcasing Weyerman cara red malt. Vegan friendly.
A sessionable light pale ale, dry hopped with Citra hops giving it great aroma and a refreshingly juicy finish.
A light, full-bodied, and smooth golden ale hopped using Alora, Lotus and Nelson Sauvin. A base of British Maris Otter with just a touch of caramalt. Vegan friendly.
Still brewed to an original recipe using only the finest ingredients and the experience of generations. It is brewed with two strains of yeast to produce a complex nutty, malty taste with subtle hop undertones, which has widespread appeal to repertoire drinkers.
Brewed just like how they do it in the American West, this one if full of tropical, refreshing flavours and a dry, crisp bitterness. Amber and clear with an enchanting elderflower and orange aroma, we’ve dry hopped with loads of Mosaic and Ekuanot for grapefruit and orange pith flavours.
