A dark winter brew with hints of dark fruits, citrus and spice.
Game Trails takes us back to those pioneering IPAs of the US West Coast. We've opted for Citra, Chinook, Centennial and Simcoe, four hops that can be relied on to produce a broad display of pine and citrus flavours. True to style we've vied for an assertive bitterness sat on a balanced malt profile. It's fermented cleanly on a simple yeast that allows all the grapefruit and pine to shine through into a long and refreshing finish.
Barcelona Weisse made with cherries. Collaboration with Wizard Brewing.
Light, silky and carries a generous dry hop of Galaxy and Hallertau Blanc then finished with a touch of Simcoe. This combination of hops brings vinous and floral aroma with flavours of passionfruit, peach and subtle pine.
This delightfully well-balanced porter is combined with a perfectly measured helping of all natural toasted marshmallow. This moorish yet subtle stout is absolutely perfect for this time of year.
A golden coloured Munich Helles Lager with light notes of fruit and herbs.
A bittersweet and well balanced medium cider with a sweet apple aroma, crisp mouth feel and a rounded flavour.
A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.
