This extra pale ale, crafted with oodles of oats and wheat give this beer an exciting and complex hazy base. First addition hop, Centennial (3%), delivers gentle grapefruit bitterness with Mosaic (26%) and Centennial (24%) at Flame-out to really enhance the juicy flavour. We then went and dry hopped the fermenter with Cascade (14%) and El Dorado (33%) over 4 days to give this DIPA big notes of pineapple and tropical stone fruits.
