Six different malts, including melanoidinmalz & three types of rye give this beer it’s red colour & earthy, toasty taste. Topped off nicely with a subtle addition of US & European hops.
A full bodied, full flavoured auburn coloured classic heavy that was originally brewed for the world famous Athletic Arms (Diggers) in Edinburgh. It is easy drinking with aromas of malt, light hops and fruit to compliment it's smooth and creamy texture.
A refreshing, amber, relatively malty IPA. Brewed with Scottish, sown, grown and malted barley, light crystal malt and wheat malt. The medium bitterness comes from a mixture of Target, Goldings and Scottish Cascade (when available) hops. It has medium citrussy/floral/grassy hop aroma notes with a medium dry finish.
A perfect Yorkshire bitter - light golden, grassy fresh with a hoppy bite.
An amber ale which crosses the divide between pale ale and stout. The malts used, in particular the oats, give the beer a silky-smooth mouthfeel and slight sweetness. The beer is relatively highly hopped resulting in dark fruit flavours harmonising with the sweet malt undertones.
Lager malt, lager hops plus ale fermentation creates this light and refreshing beer similar to a blond. Generous dry hopping gives this easy-drinker a big hit of tropical notes layered with more subtle elderflower flavours.
