A sessionable IPA, with a crisp full bitterness, and the Cryo Mosaic hops deliver masses of stone fruit and tropical notes.
A new session IPA brewed up to a very sessionable 4%. We used Azacca, Amarillo and Centennial in the hot side and dry hop to give nice pine and citrus flavours as well as a lovely orange peel nose. Slight bitterness and well rounded body make this an absolute delight to drink. Vegan friendly.
