A traditional dry stout made with plenty of roasted barley to give prominent coffee and roasted malt notes, complimented by some subtle sweeter flavours from the caramalt and crystal malt. Hopped with Phoenix and First Gold.
A very well balanced ale, bitter and spicy with a good fruity finish.
Aromas of gooseberry, citrus, and pine needles are balanaced by the light biscuit maltyness of English Golden Promise Barely, followed by a hoppy, grapefruit bitterness - all of which have been harnessed using a blend of New Zealand's Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Waimea hops.
Silky smooth, rich and satisfying. Distinct roasted barley creates a smoky, dark roast coffee aroma with hints of treacle, liquorice and nutty notes. Full without being heavy, the velvety body develops into deep, characterful flavours of dark chocolate and malt, fully complimented by a striking balance of bitterness and sweetness with a fine, dry finish. A refreshing and distinguished session stout.
Easy drinking apple cider with a unique balanced taste. Pleasant sparkling sweetness with a fruity and sour balance for a very refreshing drink.
