A huge, triple fruited sour ale. With a total fruit volume made up of one-half strawberries and the other half pear and guava, you can expect a thick, juicy beer with plenty of tart character. Ripe strawberries lead the way, whilst the addition of Madagascan vanilla brings an all round balance to this luscious, boozy delight.

Brewed using our very own malt from an award winning malting barley farm on the North Norfolk Coast. Bold, full-bodied and satisfying.

A pale ale dry hopped with Cashmere and Nelson Sauvin. Vegan friendly.

We took a base of Munich and Vienna malts, then layered it with a mix of specialty malts to create a rich wort that was then whirlpooled with cocoa husks to amplify the chocolate notes from the malts. Fermented with lager yeast and cold conditioned till we were left with a rich and smooth chocolate character. Vegan friendly.

Session IPA brewed with Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade, El Dorado and Ekuanot hops. Maris Otter and Munich malts combined with flaked wheat and oats deliver a fuller body in a session strength.

Crisp and pale. The hop recipe has been chosen to yield flavour without overpowering the palate.

We have created a puree from 100% blueberries and have blended with a medium sweet cider to create a refreshing 'sessionable' fruity cider.

A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.
