Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.

A dark and foreboding ale, London Porter is a brew of mystery and intrigue. Hidden within its shadowy depths are lurking notes of coffee, chocolate and smoke. Just like its namesake city, there is always more to discover in London Porters unlit complexity.
Extra pale malt is blended with Munich, Vienna and a splash of Crystal malt to produce a light golden colour. Columbus hops are used for bittering and Simcoe, Equinox, Cascade and Mosaic are added progressively throughout the boil with a good wedge added at the hop-stand phase. The hops add fruit, floral notes typical of a North American style pale ale. Clean US05 yeast is used to allow the hops to shine through.
This dark mild ale showcases a perfect blend of malt richness and restrained hop character, making it an approachable yet flavourful beer with a smooth, satisfying finish.
