Gluten Free Pale. Our first foray into the world of gluten free goodness! A quaffable hoppy pale ale packed with the classics Citra and Mosaic hops, creating a super quaffable and refreshing pale ale.
Our most traditional core beer is inspired by a Manchester stalwart; a fondly-remembered original. Speciality malt gives the deep golden colour and robust base, balanced by crisp bitterness and a floral, lemony aroma. Vegan friendly.
Session pale ale brewed with Citra, Mosaic and Chinook hops.
Hoppy pale ale with all American hops, Citra, Chinook and Cascade, subtly dry hopped in the fermenter. Originally brewed with The Boathouse in Skipton for their first birthday, now our best selling cask ale.
Hop forward juicy, easy drinking session pale with a full of flavour.
Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.
Our pale ale reworked for cask. Tropical aroma with mango, peach and blueberry notes and some dankness underneath. Clean light bitterness.
Straw gold in colour, a balanced malt bill gives a great mouth feel and a finish that keeps on giving. Restrained bitterness followed by massive peach, pine and resinous hop flavours to keep you satisfied. A session IPA that's perfect for the end of the day (or the start).
This pale ale was hopped in the whirlpool with Citra and Centennial and then dry hopped with Citra, Centennial, Idaho 7 and Simcoe for bright tangerine and grapefruit aromas with a subtle piney bitterness. A grist of extra pale and oats give us a lean malt profile. Gluten free.
