Pale ale brewed with new experimental hop EH19 from Charles Faram. The only information we had was that the hop had an alpha-acid of 3.4% (this is a measurement of bitterness) and that it had flavours of boiled sweets. Well, we got the boiled sweets from the aroma of the dry hops but once brewed we got subtle flavours of stone fruits and berries and a gentle fruity aroma. The result is a delicious low ABV beer perfect for summer supping!
