Pecan Pie flavoured infused Porter using five different malts and English hops.
A strong pale ale brewed with US Mosaic hops and then dry hopped to add big citrus and tropical fruit.
West Coast TIPA brewed with a simple base of extra pale, chit and maize for a lean malt profile that lets the hops shine through. We whirlpooled with Citra and Enigma then dry hopped extensively with a blend of Strata, Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Centennial, Chinook and Mosaic.
A 2021 harvest/wet hop West Coast IPA. This version is single hopped with Mosaic, so expect sweaty tropics, pine, OJ and a rasping bitterness. We loaded the whirlpool with harvest-fresh Mosaic whole cones. Expect this to add a beautiful 'green' character.
Baby BPAVK turns our well-known imperial stout series into a session beer. Brewed at our new London site, we added Chateau Special B, a Belgian speciality malt, to accentuate those classic Christmas flavours. Expect heaps of raisins and dates and, heck, why not enjoy with a slice of actual Christmas pud? Vegan friendly.
