Extra Special Preservation - This is a full-bodied, amped-up version of Preservation which is an easy-drinking full flavoured best bitter. Well-rounded with some residual sweetness and balanced with resinous hop character.

West Coast IPA, brewed with Falconer's Flight hops.
Zesty and fresh pale ale brewed with specially sourced ingredients and hops from the UK and the USA. The malty base brings character and flavour and balances the fresh orange and grapefruit notes. Hops: Fuggles, Celeia and Willamette.
Bitter with a faint flowery aroma and a moderately fruity, malty taste. The finish is long but pleasantly bitter with some sweetness and dryness.
This beer has 3 light hops, including Simcoe, and a generous finish of Citra right at the end, leading to a light hoppy taste, and a lovely lingering finish.
