Full bodied Maris Otter malt with a small addition of wheat and Vienna malt are aromatised by a typical Belgian charge of coriander. The result is a smooth, sweetish, luscious and fruity experience. The peach and orange notes of the malt base are enhanced by the judicious use of a single American hop, Centennial. A very satisfying beer with a Belgian character. Some say it is the best beer ever made!
Crystal malt, amber malt, black malt and roast barley in generous quantities generate a deep black colour and flavours to match. Roast bitterness, coffee and liquorice notes combine in a velvety rich malt texture. A full and sweetish body is balanced by traditional Goldings hops.

This imperial stout was aged for 15 months in an ex-Cognac cask with roasted cocoa nibs. Prior to packaging, the beer was infused with Scottish sea salt. The result is a deeply complex stout with milk chocolate and toasted malt notes, rounded off with a touch of complimentary salt.
This American style Barley Wine, brewed with our good friends at VAUX brewery, is full of caramelised toffee notes, whirlpooled and dry hopped with a big ol’ US hop bill of Citra, Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade and Columbus and a complex malty backbone. We set ourselves the challenge of brewing a 7% IPA that would hit that hallowed hot spot between drinkability and full-mouthfeel. We’re really happy with the results.
