Expect aromas and flavours of stone fruit, citrus, tropical fruit plus floral characteristics from the Vista and a powerfully aromatic contribution from the Nelson Sauvin. Collaboration with St Austell Brewery.

Still brewed using a complex yeast strain, Brew XI is characterised by hop notes giving way to buttery toffee, which washes over a basket of red and green apples, bananas and plums. A rounded crystal malt tones the rapid onset but not persistent bitterness. Warm and slightly astringent with a hint of cracked vanilla pods.
