A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.
A pale ale forged from the finest Maris Otter malt and a special blend of American hops. The nose is of fresh citrus and berry fruits with a smooth juicy malt character and deceptively moreish finish that belies its strength.
A beer which really needs no introduction. Arguably the most decorated beer in recent British brewing history. A rich, complex, dark ruby porter from an 1872 recipe. It has an old port nose, coffee and bitter chocolate flavours from four malts including finest Maris Otter and English hops. Supreme Champion Beer of Britain. Three times National Winter Ales Champion.
A rather delicious golden ale generously hopped with Citra and Cascade. Lightly malty, bright gold in colour, heavily hopped in the whirlpool and hopback, and dry hopped in fermenter, the sum gives a beer of super citrussy flavours, tropical fruit aromas and a good bitter kick. A wonderful example of both our breweries passion for making great cask ale. Collaboration with Ossett Brewery.
A thirst quenchingly refreshing golden ale brewed using the finest English Maris Otter malts and choicest Fuggles. This beer has subtle fragrant hop aromas, a moreish gentle sweetness and a citrusy bitter finish.
