An historic Irish stout using a recipe we found from 1883. With just pale, amber and black malts it is dry and roast forward. We added some of the black malt to the boil and it has come through very strongly, giving the beer an almost robust maple syrup aroma, and a dry wood tannin-like flavour. Collaboration with Boundary Brewery to help celebrate there 10th birthday.

A medium dry, still cider with an easy drinking flavour which belies its 5.8% ABV. A long flavour with oaky notes and definitely very moreish! This is a refined and elegant cider, harking back to the finest traditions of a barrel aged Normandy Cider in style. It is a finely balanced cider that is, sweet, sour yet still sharp. The tannins from the oak give hints of the vanilla present in the nose and also on the palate.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.

Our Original Cider uses a blend of bittersweet and dessert apples for a perfect balance of tannins and acidity. A well-balanced, crisp medium cider with a fresh zingy start and a wonderful appley finish. First there is crisp apple which is followed by sweet rosy red skin apples. There is a touch of tannins which is then taken over by the sweetness before easing back into the dry dessert apple.
