The perfectly-paired combination of wheat malt and lager malt is our secret sauce for this 'Champagne of Lagers', providing an elegant head, luscious lacing and crisp palate. A lingering, fresh grapefruity finish from whole, pressed hop cones tops it off.

The mighty golden cyclops! Light floral and citrus aromas, with hints of resin and lime. Cut wood, pithy, subtle biscuit, and an aggressive bitterness. Resin adds depth to the light, dry mouthfeel. Hops: Herkules and Centennial.

Inspired by Glasgow's export porters of the mid 1800s. Taking historical recipe information as a starting point; this dark ale has pale, amber and black malt as its core, along with traditional Goldings hops. Never content to leave things alone, the beer developed after a few trials to include some caramelised oats to pull back a little sweetness and add more body. Bramling Cross, a 20th century English hop that works great in darker beers, also makes an appearance. The resulting beer has smooth roasty flavours of cold brew coffee, with a hint of liquorice and dried dark fruits.

Hops: It's a combination of Krush, Nelson Sauvin and Kohatu.
