Old English ale brewed with heritage Chevalier malt, back in the 1800s the finest and most popular base malt (before the arrival of Maris Otter). A traditional English hop selection brings rich dark vine fruits to this strong, dark malt forward traditional ale. Originally brewed in collaboration with Sam from Fable Brewery, we're now on our third brew of the stuff. Vegan friendly.

Straightforward, no nonsense and clean tasting. LoveLeighLager is nevertheless made to our exacting craft brewery standards and is conditioned at low temperature for a month before canning. Bright pale yellow in appearance, with a sweet floral nose. Flavours of light cereal with a hint of sweetness to give it a good body with a moreish well balanced crisp bitter bite finish. Wonderfully refreshing and easy drinking lager brewed for our local Essex lager drinkers.

Dark and creamy; this decadent but session-strength stout is fit for a king in his castle. Using a combination of dark malts and lots of oats, we've created a beer with a smooth mouthfeel which balances perfectly with the subtle roasted notes of coffee and chocolate. Using modern brewing techniques we have then added nitrogen to the kegs for that picture-perfect stout pour. Previously called The Void Stares Back.

Made using 100% cider apples, from our very own Herefordshire farm, Lily has an intense fruity nose and is gently sweet on the palate. Lily's subtle balance of fresh cider apples, candy apple sweetness and light body makes for a very easy drinking and quaffable cider.
