
An elegant strong Salopian version of an IPA, citrus, pines and tropical fruit engulf the palate and caress the senses. A dry body with an extremely long lingering finish.

Inspired by her love of seasonal celebrations, Dorothy has helped us craft a full-bodied chestnut ale with a deep malty sweetness and subtle bitterness.

A full-bodied, dark brown, strong ale. Slightly malty but with hints of roast coffee and liquorice. A smooth caramel overlay and a complex fruitiness leads to a bitter chocolate finish.

This smooth and satisfying premium ale is burnished gold in colour, and certainly has made a few friends in its time. Brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops.

This deep red-coloured beer has an initial rich flavour, with full, dry-roasted notes developing - to create a real depth of flavour and a pleasing, balanced bitterness.

A straw-coloured bitter which initially seems sweet, but a complex dry, hoppy taste soon predominates. Probably the best example of the traditional Black Country style of bitter.

A full-bodied, deep amber ale. With subtle hints of sultana, peppery ginger, warm cinnamon and orange zest. Made with a mulling recipe for a real Christmas taste and feel.

This amber ale is brewed with authentic beechwood smoked German malt and English pale and crystal malts, alongside our home-grown, heritage Farnham White Bine hops. Expect flavours of cinder toffee, caramel and biscuit, brought together with a warm smokiness for an exceptional seasonal beer.

A deep chestnut coloured ale, brewed with the finest English malted barley and local hops, for a refreshing fruity nose, a sweet liquorice and roasted malt flavour with a rich dark chocolate aftertaste.
