When I close my eyes and think of brewing I think of Cascade hops. Quietly perfect it is the OG, the inspiration and backbone to generations of beer. This beer is a love letter to a hop that we use in almost everything but never as singularly as we do here. Every stage of the brew, from mash to conditioning this wonderful flower expresses itself with all its nuances and complexities. Never too loud, for ever multifaceted. The perfect hop.
