A light-bodied, easy-drinking Extra Special Bitter. Scottish base malt is supported by bready Munich malt, with CaraHell providing caramel notes. Cascade hops give a robust bitterness and citrus flavour, with spice and floral aromas from UK variety Boadicea.

Medium easy drinking cider made in small batches, using hand picked fruit with minimal intervention. Please note ABV may vary.

Single hopped pale ale brewed with Simcoe giving zesty citrus flavours that are perfectly balanced by a comforting, bready malt backbone and a soft, resinous pine finish. Vegan friendly.

This sessionable classic British Golden Ale has been brewed specifically to be enjoyed in the sunshine, using Maris Otter malt and East Kent Goldings hops for a light, floral and refined taste. In 1700 a man by the name of Robert McClellan lived and worked here on the site of what would eventually become Summerhall. McClellan's homebrewing operation eventually turned into Summerhall Brewery, which employed 120 men and supplied pubs and bars across the city. This cask exclusive celebrates Robert and the part he played in Edinburgh's proud brewing history

A special lighter seasonal red rye ale containing juicy Simcoe and fresh piney Centennial hops incorporating what we love about English bitters but still with bold modern flavours.

A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

A fresh, modern take on a classic pale ale. Brewed exclusively for cask, each stage of its creation is designed to allow it to sing on hand pull; from its base of Scottish extra pale malt and oats to the decision to use Citra and Azacca hops. Vegan friendly.

A smooth, malt-forward mild defined by comforting notes of toasted bread, milk chocolate, and roasted nuts, with very low bitterness. A beautifully balanced brew, super roasty but with just the right amount of sweetness to make it feel like a big welcoming hug. Collaboration with Omnipollo. Vegan friendly.

We've made this beer 8 times now. Like last year, we made two batches, one at Redemption and one here in Bermondsey. It's inspired by what we think a mild ale of the Victorian era would be like. A couple small tweaks to the malt base on this version seems to have made it less 'ruby' (like last time) and more 'dark mild' bringing out some incredibly luscious Italian chocolate flavours. Milk chocolate, hazelnut, toffee, damp woods. Hops: Cascade.

A medium sweet still draught cider. Fruity but robust with good acidity and full mouthfeel. Appley and rich.

An accessible blend of Lanthorn Red (cider apples) and Blue (eating and cooking apples) creating a balanced, juicy and approachable cider.
