A delicate golden ale, where the local honey adds a unique floral character, balancing the light malt and subtle hops. Perfect for easy drinking while showcasing the natural sweetness of honey. Collaboration with March Hare Apiary.
An incresingly dry, hoppy, bitter finish complements the spicy, citrus character of this full-flavoured and well balanced amber beer.
Warming, malty and fruity. Pale and amber malts contribute to a mouth filling and satisfying 'Horlicks' and biscuity maltiness. Challenger and First Gold give a base note of herbal hop and Fuggle as a late hop contributes the main fragrant fruity and floral and spicy notes. Fermented slowly to give just enough fruity esters providing a complex, satisfying and warming experience.
A complex refreshing summer beer brewed using fresh local rhubarb with the addition of vanilla. Starts with the creamy taste and aroma of vanilla custard, followed by a burst of Olicana hops and then the tart refreshing taste of British rhubarb!
