This ale proved so popular that we decided to keep it as a regular. Light blonde but highly hopped with Summit and Citra hops.
A Red Rye based beer, recklessly laced with American Hops during the boil and dry hopped after fermentation with more USA and NZ varieties. A real fruity character with a smooth bitterness, perfect to rock your senses to the edge.
Pitch black, this classic Scottish stout is rich in coffee flavour with a good roasted barley finish.
Light gold in colour, Lukas is a crisp Bavarian-style Helles. Traditionally lagered and brewed with all Bavarian ingredients, the resulting beer is the very definition of elegant simplicity and finesse.
Two-tone, toe-tapping, taste bud-tantalising ten-malt-porter. Monstrous amounts of fresh malts create a beer as black as the earl of hell to which some big piney hops are added to give a robust bitter finish. Quite often this beer can be aged in a barrel with some varying special ingredient.
Yet another member of the Funkt Up Series, and this time it's a well-rounded blood orange and apricot kettle sour. Local wheat and oats create a soft pillow like base for thick juicy apricot to rest on. We then sourced some sun-drenched, Mediterranean blood orange to bring together a light fruity sour with both sweet and tart character.
Motueka hops and Nectaron hop oil combine to create an NZ Pale that we think is pretty damn unique. Juicy, zesty and lively with big citrus and tropical pineapple flavours. It tastes awesome. Anything else is Stuff and Nonsense. Collab with our good friends at New Zealand Beer Collective.
High stone fruit flavour. Hint of tropical fruit. New World hops. Low bitterness.
Inspired by the Gooseberry and Elderflower Gin Fizz cocktail, this kettle sour is tart and refreshing with a sweet floral finish. A base of lager and wheat malt has been soured with Lactobacillus plantarum and fermented with gooseberry juice, elderflowers and juniper berries. Co-fermented with saison and champagne yeast strains for a dry yet complex finish.
We've teamed with Amity Brew Co. to create a DDH West Coast DIPA packed with notes of sweet orange, sharp bitter grapefruit and a sticky malt backbone.
This gloriously amber coloured ale is made with what is often considered to be the finest hop on the earth, namely the Simcoe Hop. The result is a fantastically fruity finish with distinctly malty undertones. Which our Master Brewer believes is something of a timeless classic.
A classic Czech Pilsner style, featuring Saaz, a noble hop, pale with a light body, background bitterness and gentle floral tones leading to a soft finish. The Bohemian Pilsner was our first beer to go into production. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
A simple, well balanced ruby ale. Smooth, malty and sweet, good body with plenty of hoppy aroma - not so dark, not so strong, not so bitter - just right.
A pale ale brewed with small additions of Crystal malt, Caramalt and Malted Wheat and spicy Bramling Cross hops for a strong but smooth bitterness.
Our tribute to the beloved hops of New England, in particular the unique US variety Citra. No other hop comes close to the intense mango and orange citrus notes that Citra delivers. We back it up with a touch of Mosaic for its deep tropical and berry notes, and Columbus, which delivers just a touch of dank pine and black pepper to add another dimension to this flavoursome but easy-drinking hazy pale.
A harmonious medium-sweet floral union, a pear cider infused with fresh nettle and elderflower - crafted from 100% Kentish pears and botanicals.
We have expertly blended our crisp Somerset Cider and tangy rhubarb to make this taste sensation. Sweet and full of rhubarb flavour with a tart edge to it.

A rich and powerful vintage, improved by ageing in a 100-year-old mighty Oak vat. Here it develops a complexity and depth enjoyed by a cultured palate. Grown, pressed and produced in Devon.
A bright golden easy drinking cider; a real thirst quencher for those rare sunny days.Thistly Cross Traditional boasts the same great flavour as Original but at a slightly lower ABV making it the perfect Summer Session Cider! Imagine the aroma and flavour of freshly peeled apples, then bottle it. Easy drinking and full of fruit, a great introduction to Thistly Cross.
