A renowned beer from a recipe passed down by the Roberts family who owned the brewery for several generations; a pale-straw-coloured, premium bitter with simple, light malty-sweetness, delicately balanced with light bitterness of floral, earthy character.
Butty Bach is Welsh meaning ‘little friend’. This smooth and satisfying premium ale is burnished gold in colour, and certainly has made a few friends in its time. Brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops.
Pale, hoppy, malty brew with a hint of sweetness before a dry finish.
Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.
Making sours out of donuts? Yup we are....a delicious frosting mouthfeel, balanced by zingy lemon. Bright and tart with a bit of zip to make it super refreshing. Collaboration with Future Doughnuts. Vegan friendly.
A perfect IPA for anytime of day. Huge hops dominate and the blend of worldwide varieties create a smorgasbord of citrus and grapefruit flavour that lingers wonderfully to a balanced refreshing finish.
A full bodied West Coast pale packed full of fresh citrus flavours, notes of dried tropical fruits and a subtle smooth bitterness. A well-balanced hop combination of Ekuanot, Centennial and Amarillo.
A big hop bill of Strata, Idaho 7 and Citra. Strata gives initial dank tropical fruit punch flavours, quickly followed by notes of papaya, apricot and black tea from the Idaho 7 topped off with a smooth Citra finish.
A sparkling, clear, berry-coloured cider made from a unique blend of bittersweet, sharp and sweet apples, which is matured in Westons traditional oak vats before being blended with berry fruits to deliver an exceptionally flavoursome and refreshing cider.
Pale beer with a distinct sweetness and underlying hints of citrus and a fruity aroma.
A copper coloured ale with a bold malty flavour followed by a long smooth sweetish finish.
A juicy and dank pale packed with a trio of US hops. Overripe tropical fruit, a rich mouthfeel and a quick, smooth finish.
Our juicily crushable, unapologetically murky, New-England pale ale. An authentic Vermont yeast strain and a big dose of oats work together with our triple dry-hopping process to create beautiful aromas and a silky mouthful.
