Butty Bach is Welsh meaning 'little friend'. This smooth and satisfying premium ale is burnished gold in colour, and certainly has made a few friends in its time. Brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops.

We took our classic Rauchbier 'Smoke' and added Chipotle chillies to create a fiery smoked beer, that let's face it, wasn't to everybody's taste, but far too mad to confine. We let fermentation run a little wild, giving this beer a more Flanders-like taste. Sweetish balsamic sour notes kindle the spiciness of the chillies whilst the Beech wood smoked malts add to the complexity of this beer with more smokier, meatier and charred flavours.

New England detuned. This full-tilt fruit machine of an IPA packs all the flavour but less of the alcohol. Notes of pineapple,mango, stone-fruit, and a hint of tangerine to mix it up. Brewed with oats and wheat and left unfiltered for a smooth juicy hit.

This double cherry sour is the start of a brand new series for us. Classic Berliner style malt base with plenty of wheat and German Pilsen malt doubled up to 6.5%. A strong thick body, naturally soured to give a tart tang, balanced out with over 100kg of real fruit sweet cherry puree. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
