Our 'Suspended in…' series continues with a German hop especially created to suit American-style ales. For this brew, we have worked to create a full mouthfeel that encapsulates the citrus, passionfruit and slightly herbal flavours on show. Hallertau Blanc was originally designed to offer wine-like notes of gooseberry and grass, similar to a Sauvignon-Blanc, complementing our hazy pale perfectly.
Oatmeal hopburst session IPA brewed with 15% oats and 10% wheat for a really full body and creamy mouthfeel. Very low bitterness but hopped and double dry-hopped with even more aroma hops than Axe Edge.
We love Galaxy - in fact it’s one of our favourite hops here at NBBHQ so we made a beer exclusively using this rockstar of modern-era hop. Enticingly hazy and soft gold in appearance, the nose erupts with strong citrus, passionfruit, peach and pineapple aromatics. Pillowy soft mouthfeel, with a restrained bitterness on the finish and notes of vanilla. Balanced, smooth and very sessionable.
Manchester style bitter, bright golden coloured. Bitter and dry, with light malt aromas and flavours of earthy, floral and very moreish English hops.
A deep, dark porter to evoke a sense of mystery.
The classic Negroni is our founder Darron’s favourite cocktail and this is our tribute to it. Starting with a Brut IPA base, we’ve used liquorice root in the boil to bring a sweet mouthfeel. A hop profile of Summit, Mandarina, Idaho 7, Amarillo and Columbus bring the required bitterness and orange notes with Hibiscus flowers providing the colour. Redcurrant, fresh orange juice and orange zest add freshness and bite, with juniper, coriander rounding out the cocktail character. The Rwandan Vunga coffee was sourced by Climpson & Sons, adding black tea and orange notes.
Golden, immensely hoppy and alive with grapefruit, peach and mango. A West Coast IPA full of flavour but subtle with bitterness.
Lightly golden Helles lager with a bubbly, medium white head that steadily shrinks to a thin foamy lace, the aroma is soft and sweet with grain and very flowery hops.
A peach IPA brewed with 1 tonne of peaches, double dry-hopped and juicy.
Say hello to Chinook IPA. The latest addition to our cask IPA series. Packed full to the brim of, you guessed it, Chinook hops!
Wonderfully golden session beer. Fresh malt and hop aroma lead to a satisfyingly bitter finish.
This light beer is true to a traditional Blonde style – a light malt base delightfully balanced with delicate hops. Generous amounts of wheat malt provides Seraphim’s velvet smoothness. The finish is crisp and dry with a slight sweetness. An easy-drinking light ale.
Akin to Poe’s ebony bird, this brew is much more than meets the eye. Oats and a multitude of malts give this sweet stout its sumptuous base. Expect bitter, yet silky chocolateyness from cocoa nibs and chocolate malt, giving way to the smoky sweetness from ageing in bourbon liquor oak casks. The Raven is a moreish combination and certainly not a case of ‘nevermore’.
Very pale and spectacularly thirst-quenching. Three different hops give this beer a delightful citrus nose.
