This micro NEIPA might be small in stature but it is crammed full of Citra hops. And not just any Citra hops but the T90 pellets come from Double 'R' Hop Ranch, who were specifically selected due to the high levels of oils and alpha acids in their hops. The Cryo hops come from Coleman Agriculture in the Willamette Valley whose hops had an interesting profile of oils that we wanted to express in this beer. Vegan friendly.

Our blonde ale is a smooth, balanced, bear hug of a session beer. The bready, lightly caramel malt complements the premium variety of whole hops used, and with a light body, makes this a satisfying, authentic and moreish blonde, with hints of tropical fruit balanced with earthiness.

A rich, dark stout, the perfect complement to Archangel. Vic Secret and Simcoe hops give a piney fruitiness and a long lasting bitter finish. Gluten free.

Our English Bitter is full of flavour that lingers gently on the palate. Using the finest ingredients we balance the sweetness from the malt with bite from the best quality hops. With a hint of caramel and toffee and the aroma of hedgerow fruits this is our take on a classic cask ale.
