A comeback celebration with Kyle & Kacie for one of our most requested creations. This time we've used an infinite amount of oats in our DIPA for a mouthfeel softer than ever, a joyous base for the hop profile of Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Motueka, Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Blanc hops.

Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.

This session sour pairs lemon juice and zest with lashings of coconut to make the perfect sweet tart doughnut topping. Some beers doughnut belong together, but ours do. Consider this can half of a ‘hole’, and a whole lotta dough. Blend Toasted Coconut Lemon Drizzle together with Double Blueberry Vanilla Swirl, to create the ultimate doughnut duo.

Pours pale golden. Fragrant German hop aroma with grassy, herbal and spicy notes. Light on the palate, a touch of bready maltiness, with more assertive hop character. The crisp bitterness makes it eminently drinkable. Look for the cinnamon and pear notes from the distinctive Kolsch yeast.
