A session IPA, pale in colour but full in body. With a distinctly moreish bitterness, the layers of hop character are beautifully in balance, with plenty of lovely fresh hops – Idaho 7 and Galaxy with fruity and floral flavours.
We've set out to prove that an easy drinking, everyday beer can still be special. Layers of US hops are set against a backbone of British malts, so what this beer lacks in strength, it makes up for in character. Look out for fresh flavours and aromas of pine, peach, lychee and citrus fruits, tempered by a smoothly rounded bitterness to leave you wanting more.
A session-strength West Coast style IPA. Clear, golden and bitter, this is a beer that is heavily hopped with Citra and Galaxy both in the kettle and as a post-fermentation dry-hop, to ensure that it is crammed full of citrus, pine and tropical fruit aromas. Collaboration with Beartown Brewery of Congleton.
A complex, classic traditional stout. Creamy, rich with coffee and dark chocolate elements. An excellent fusion of malt, oats and wheat, balanced with Challenger, Perle and Cascade hops.
Drinks much bigger than 4.3%. A robust and full-bodied stout with coffee roast bitterness and rich caramel notes. Seven different grains including oats create a complex malt body. This is balanced by good old English hops. This stout replaced Black Bishop in our core range.
One of our best-selling core beers. Masses of stunning US Cascade hops throughout with a big grapefruit hop aroma. More Cascade in the body gives mellow grapefruit bitterness and sweet orange.
A fruity, golden and moderately bitter pale ale, brewed from pale, wheat and Munich malts and inspired by all things European. UK grown Harlequin hops are combined with German Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Blanc to create aromas of tropical fruit, white wine and citrus. Collaboration with Mallinsons Brewing and Beer Ink.
An amber coloured ale, rich in malt, with a fruity body and a strong hop aftertaste.
A robust ale with a malt dominated body. A 'Real Beer' multi-malt and multi hops have made this 'Classic English Beer'. Spicy and fruity, culminating in a very moreish finish.
A hoppy American-style amber ale, brewed to session strength from a combination of five different malts to give flavours of biscuit, toast and caramel. Bitterness is fairly low, but five different hop varieties are added at different stages of the brewing process to yield citrus, spicy and tropical fruit aromas.
