Gold coloured beer with a pleasant lemon, white grape and slightly bready nose. Taste reflects the nose with some astringency as the hops kick in.
A memorable and deceptively easy-drinking IPA. This is an authentic recreation of the beer style created for, and enjoyed throughout the Empire. Goldings, Fuggles and American Cascade hops combine to give a crisp, citrus hop aromas, with a balanced, bittersweet finish.
Our California Common / Steam ale is a Critters take on an old school beer style. Brewed with Chevalier Heritage malt, originating from the 1820s. Chevalier malt brings smooth caramel and toasty malt flavours, with hints of marmalade. paired with bright herbal hop flavours and a floral finish. A bitter finish rounds this beer out perfectly.
A pale ale with soft peach flavours balanced with orange, citrus zest and a refreshing clean finish. Brewed with plenty of oats and wheat for a smooth body, to produce an easy drinking beer hopped with Centennial and Amarillo. Part of our brewery dog series.
