This dark fruits sour expands our rapidly growing sour beer arsenal and brings a metric tonne of black cherry, blackcurrant, and blackberry to the party for a piece of alchemy. No artificial flavourings here though, we’ve gone all out on this incredible sour beer that is equal parts sweet, sour and just a wee bit savoury to boot.
A malt base of pale, crystal, chocolate, rRoasted barley and a handful of oats. Gently hopped on Bramling Cross and Pacific Jade. Lactose and 90% cocoa dark chocolate are added to the late boil. This milk stout is then conditioned on a whole load of torn mint leaves and a tiny amount of peppermint essence for the aroma.
An IPA hopped with Azacca, Citra, and Talus bringing incredible pineapple, mango and juicy tangerine notes of Azacca which play perfectly off the fresh cut citrus fruits from Citra. We’ve turned Flurry Foam into a three way dance with the addition of Talus to proceedings. Not quite as in your face as Sabro, this descendant varietal still brings those subtle coconut cream notes, but with more mellow overt notes of pink grapefruit and herbal complexity that makes this IPA absolutely pop.
A hazy hoppy New England IPA with a silky mouthfeel a juicy and resinous flavour. Heavily hopped with Amarillo and El Dorado and additional dry hop charges of Moutere and Simcoe.
Our multi award winning Bavarian Pilsner, brewed with imported Pilsner malts, Saaz and slow bottom fermented for 4 weeks to get the classic flavour. This beer is then aged for 6 weeks to mature and clean up the flavours to get a true Continental Lager. Vegan friendly.
Caribbean sunshine meets the English countryside to create this wonderfully refreshing tropical cider. Our golden cider has been blended with the vibrant natural flavours of pineapple and orange.
