A smooth, sessionable porter built on a Maris Otter malt base with black and dark crystal malts, delivering deep colour with subtle burgundy highlights. Aromas of burnt sugar, caramel and gentle spice lead into flavours of black coffee, bittersweet citrus and soft cocoa. Oats add a creamy mouthfeel and lasting white head, while traditional Perle and Goldings hops provide a mild woody, spiced bitterness. Balanced, rich and highly drinkable.
