We favoured a cold infusion for our Espresso Stout, helping us to showcase the complex nature of this wonderful coffee variety. By steeping the coffee for 18 hours we aimed to draw out the sweet fusion of the bean. To reduce any bitterness and create a kind of rich indulgence, this beer was brewed with selected malts and English yeast, resulting in tones of roasted chocolate and toffee.
Our first lager, made with the same passion and creativity that we put into our ales. Using Saaz hops and Czech pilsner yeast and malt, we ferment for 2 weeks before ‘lagering’ for a further 6 weeks. The result is a refreshing, full flavoured Pilsner lager with a balanced, rounded taste.
