A session pale ale built on an increased malt platform: 70% Maris Otter with a Vienna, Caragold and Light Munich flex. Falconer's Flight combines 7 West Coast hops for a fresh floral, grapefruit, and pine blend, with Crystal hop amplifying the pine resin depth.

This is the 7th iteration of our NEIPA beer. A double dry hop of Citra is used at around (20g/L) giving a juicy and hazy beer. Plenty of oats and flaked wheat are used in the grist to add to the body and mouthfeel. Vegan friendly.

Northern gold bitter hopped with Celia, Fuggles, Chinook and Willamette. Back into the Northern valleys we go, a land that dreams of deep malt-forward soft cask pints. Taking a straight line to the top this crests at 5.5%, this is all about boozy deep sweetness. Chevallier malt is the lead brewing a deep buttery biscuit gold base. Final turn brings a US/UK hop pine, resin grapefruit twist. Legendary cask. Gluten free.

An award-winning light ale brewed with three malts and three hops. Generous late hopping provides Seville orange aromas and the initial malt sweetness is dominated by citrus flavours which explode on the palate. Brewed with plenty of malt to provide decent body, so it has some backbone for a low ABV beer. There's also a pronounced bitterness throughout.

Brewed using a blend of Maris Otter, Munich, Vienna and Cara malts with a handful of flaked oats for smoothness. Mosaic and Simcoe whole hops give powerful hints of ripe mango, blueberry and passionfruit with a subtle pine forest aroma.
