We brew our own lager! Brewed with German malts and hops we have gone for a German Pilsner style. Fermented for two weeks and lagered (cold storage) for 4 weeks minimum at 0.7 degrees C, this brew is a real labour of love and requires a bit more planning than our usual ales. Vegan friendly.
