
Freestyle's Peacharine hops lead the way in this hazy banger of an IPA. Helped by a yeast that loves to kick out stone fruit flavours, it's full of overripe peach and nectarines, and backed it up with Motueka and Mosaic for the brightness of lime zest and tangerine. Vegan friendly.

We took our humble classic Pint (Metric) and gave it a balanced measure of Lemon Drop, Citra and Simcoe in dry hop. Creating flavours of lemon, light melon, pine and citrus fruit. A perfect way to wave goodbye to those beautiful summer nights.

Sourced directly from farmers, these beans deliver unmatched freshness, fair pricing, and a distinctive depth of flavour. Dry still oak cask cider made from predominantly 2023 Dabinett with just a whisper of Bisquet slipped in for softness, this is a glorious, starlit night of a cider. Dabinett is a bold bittersweet which can have a structured, bitter finish but when given time to ferment and mature in oak casks, the softness of the apple is revealed through micro-oxygenation. The cider develops over time, allowing complexity to be unlocked as each layer of tannins removed by maturation allows new flavours to express. A delightful cider.

This heavyweight imperial stout was crafted with nine distinct malts and fermented with bold Norwegian Kveik yeast. Infused with demerara and muscovado sugars, it spent a full year maturing in French brandy barrels. The result is a dark colossus laden with flavours of chocolate, toffee, and espresso, and layered with decadent notes of tonka bean, red wine, and oak. Collaboration with Turning Point Brew. Coconut, cocoa, Tonka and vanilla barrel aged imperial stout. Two whisky barrels from "Lady of the Glen" were chosen to age the stout in. Then all the adjuncts were added. Cocoa, vanilla pods, toasted coconut and the dreaded Tonka beans. Collaboration with Klere Boght brewery from the Netherlands.
