This is our 'white label' beer, brewed in limited production runs so you might never see the same beer twice. We use a simple pale malt profile, and generous additions of a single hop variety to allow the characteristics of that hop to really shine through. This batch is brewed with Citra hops known for their strong citrusy profile with elements of grapefruit, lime and tropical fruit.

A rich, robust and fairly sweet Belgian-style Dubbel; brewed in winter and then matured for six months in bourbon casks. A complex blend of pale, roast and crystal malts, English hops and Trappist ale yeast create aromas of banana and cloves and flavours of dried fruit, chocolate and molasses.
