An American brown ale.
This very pale hoppy ale is made from low colour Maris Otter malt. A combination of three high-alpha American hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.
American barley wine.
This one is all about the hops. A solid malt bill plays host to Cascade, Chinook, Simcoe, Citra and Centennial hops in this hop forward yet balanced session ale. Grown in the North Western states of the US, these famous varieties bring big citrus flavours and pine notes whilst the late additions and dry hop provide grapefruit and floral aromas.
Our super tasty Hazelnut Milk Stout. With hazelnut aromatics, coffee and chocolate notes this is a great marriage of flavours. Unfiltered to retain the luscious taste this product contains lactose (milk sugar) and oats which combine to give a slightly sweet but smooth body.
Pale ale single hopped with Citra. Fresh tasting with notes of orange peel and honey and lemon. Slightly grassy with a clean dry finish.

We've used high quality Maris Otter grain, added a chunk of oats and wheat for body, heavy hopped with the freshest Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo hops and fermented out with a specialist New England yeast, giving us a hazy, hoppy, juicy pale.
