A dark ruby red beer rich in fruitcake flavours, it has a wonderful balance of malt and hop flavours. Made with Pale Ale malt and First Gold hops which add orange marmalade flavours.
Intensely hoppy and full-bodied golden best bitter. Tropical fruit flavours provide a counterpoint to the grapefruit hoppy character. An abiding dryness develops.
Big, bold and beautiful, Quantock is a deep-brown strong Mild. Bursting with sweet and malty flavours underpinned by a subtle but present bitterness from Admiral and Challenger hops. Vegan friendly.
An amazing hop harvest aroma with tropical fruit bursting through. Smooth and fruity passion fruit, and mango with a crisp aftertaste.
Three malts and three hops. Blond in style. Wheat, lager and pale malts combined with a wonderful fruity citrus finish from Admiral, First Gold and Cascade hops.
The first beer we brewed and still many people's favourite Weetwood ale. At a time when it was a struggle to find a decent pint of cask ale, this was the answer. Brewed with Maris Otter malt and a range of British hops to produce the rounded flavour and sharp bitterness of a classic British best bitter.
A crisp, sparkling sunflower gold ale with a striking hop profile. Dry and refreshing with a long citrus aromatic finish. Hops: Citra and Amarillo.
New England IPA, soft in body but huge in flavour, Jamestown is brewed with an array of potent hops, selected for their fantastic juicy and tropical characteristics.
This Pale Ale has a base of Pilsner malt and Oats which lends a soft edge to the palate, and then we hit it with big whacks of Citra and Mosaic in both the brewhouse and dryhop. BAM! The result: bright and mega-fruity - think bananas, mangoes, papayas and peaches - SO LUSH!
Three kilos of hops and forty kilos of barley selflessly give their lives to brew every barrel of this beer. It's a lot to ask, but their reincarnation as this life-affirming IPA makes their sacrifice worthwhile. A ballsy, US style IPA, expect flavours of tropical and citrus fruits, with a lingering bitterness set against a smooth malty backbone.
Our take on the NEIPA style, soft and silky mouthfeel from oats and wheat, with big juicy finish of Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe.
