Roasted coffee and dark chocolate notes come through from rich malts, followed by crisp, clean bitterness from Target and Goldings hops.

Using our legendary skills in blending fruit with our fantastic cider we have come up with this pineapple delight. in this fruity fusion pineapple juice is paired with our crisp somerset cider creating this exciting fresh flavour.

Using the fresh pressed juice from apples picked locally, our master cider makers ferment with champagne yeast and mature the cider for up to 6 months, before cold-filtering to create a 5% medium dry cider that’s full of flavour and character. Never from concentrate, never pasteurised.
