Light and refreshing New Zealand pale, showcasing the incredible Nelson Sauvin hops famed for delicious citrus flavours with hints of gooseberry and white grape. Primarily hopped with Nelson, balanced by the addition of other hops including Amarillo, Chinook, Galaxy and Columbus giving a crisp bitter finish. Gluten free.
One of our range of single hopped beers, using Calypso hops from the USA. This beer is pale blonde with tropical fruits aroma, and hints of bananas and lychees. The taste is resin bitter and a long grapefruit citrus finish.
A traditional, easy drinking Yorkshire Bitter, made from all British ingredients. Pale copper in colour, this beer initially has sweet malt and honey on the palate, followed by a moderately bitter finish. The delicate hop aromas can be described as floral and spicy.
The leaves are brown, but summer is still in our hearts when we have a tasty pale ale in our hand! This beer has fruity fresh aromas of orange and mango from late use of Amarillo and Citra in the copper, and late use of Citra in the fermentor. A luscious mouthfeel, starting with fresh zesty fruitiness, leading into a more-ish bitterness. Very tasty!
A pale, straw coloured session ale. Fairly bitter, with aromas of gooseberry and Sauvignon blanc grapes.
One of our range of single hopped beers brewed only using Jester hops from the UK. This is a blonde beer with a light grapefruit and lychee nose, a medium bitter and fruity taste and a medium bitter finish.
Golden blonde with tropical fruit notes on the nose, a fruity bitter taste, with elements of dry lovely bitter pithiness. The finish is dry and contains fruity, lingering notes. Brewed with Mosaic and Saaz in the early stages, with Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo for aroma.
