Hops, hops and more hops, although this is not just another one dimensional 'lupin fest'. Cara, Munich and Rye Crystal malts provide a robust base for this punchy American West Coast IPA style beer brewed with American hops; Amarillo, Cascade, Simcoe and Citra.

The definitive English Bitter. This fine golden-coloured beer has a full flavour that lingers pleasantly on the palate. With good bitter sweet balance, this beer has a subtle hop character described as citrus and spicy. It's a refreshing and very satisfying pint - noted for the aroma of its Fuggle hops and the dry hopping of Bramling Cross to add to its characteristic Theakston aroma.

Eastern counties style cider - medium sweet.
Medium cider erring towards a western style, made with a blend of Dabinett and Cox apples. Tannic, whilst not being overly tannic, has a dry mouthfeel.
An Eastern style dry still cider. Fermented to bone dry using Champagne yeast and has a big fruity flavour with an acidic bite.
Our sweet draught cider is made using a mix of culinary and dessert apples.
