Brewed to showcase a trio of Australian hops. Galaxy giving citrus and passion fruit, Ella bringing anise and floral aromas and Enigma redcurrant and melon. A clean base of extra pale malts let the hop aromas jump out of the glass.
An American Pale Ale, golden in colour and full of Mosaic, Galena and Simcoe hops. We add some crystal malt to the mash which gives a lovely biscuity background flavour. Some real tropical fruit notes in here.
