Very pale, crisp and intensely citrussy, a Fernandes favourite.
A premium golden ale packed full of American hops. Full bodied and malty, but balanced with powerful citrus hop aromas from five separate additions of US Centennial hops.
A truly seasonal ale. A robust base saison with big blackberry additions to create a big fruity farmhouse ale, enhanced with fresh UK Jester hops in cask to further enhance the dark fruit tones and fresh UK Godiva hops in keg, to bring out a subtle spiciness - both with a slight tartness to give it perfect balance.
A collaboration beer with local coffee roaster, the Blending Room. We created a huge, rich, chocolatey stout as a base for an audacious amount of Brazilian Fazenda coffee beans to steep in. Expect coffee, biscuits, chocolate and caramel on the tongue!
A hazy/amber rye IPA hopped with Centennial, Mosaic and Simcoe. Notes of spice and honey from the malt are complemented by citrus, grapefruit and pine hop aromas.
Strong IPA with a blend of US hops - Citra, Simcoe, Cascade, Chinook and Amarillo. Strong West Coast USA influence, low bitterness, tons of fruity flavours and aromas balance a solid malt backbone. Dangerously drinkable.
An India pale ale with a golden malt base complimenting a quadruple addition of hops. All of which precede a floral and bitter finish. A proud contemporary classic, just like its name sake the 1927 Lagonda.
An amazing hop harvest aroma with tropical fruit bursting through. Smooth and fruity passion fruit, and mango with a crisp aftertaste.
A punchy pale ale.
A mixed fermentation pale ale using a combination of a Norwegian Ubbe and our house yeast. A base of lager malt then hopped with Nobel hops during the boil. Post-fermentation we dry hopped with a blend of Hallertau Blanc and Simcoe to further enhance the fruity finish, expect the unexpected, and melon flavours and a hint of saison.
