In the past we brewed Otter Bright only in the summer. With the new dawn of interest in cask beer, it is perfectly positioned as a great beer for 'new age drinkers' who are discovering cask ale. It is so pale that it can easily be mistaken for lager and it delivers a great bitter citrus flavour with lots of fizz.

The original Summer ale brewed all year round. An extremely pleasant bitter, straw coloured beer with a terrific fresh, hoppy aroma. This, coupled with an intense bitterness, leads to an excellent long, dry finish. Probably the beer to receive the most awards in Britain!

Pale ale hopped in the boil and again during fermentation. Brewed with Simcoe and New Zealand Ahtanum hops to produce great aromatic flavour.

A lager, designed to be infinitely sessionable. A refreshing, authentic pale-golden Helles with delicate underlying malt sweetness and a dry finish. We use a simple recipe of authentic German ingredients with just 2 malts, German Pilsner and Vienna, and 2 German Noble hops, Tettnang and Spalter, to create a perfectly balanced and refreshing lager. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

Bred in Devon the early part of the 20th century, Browns has been at the fore front of the cider revival for recent years due to its trouble free nature. It produces a crisp, acidic cider with elderflower over-tones. Medium sweet.
