Still deep in the grip of winter this sumptuous warming beer is sufficiently well hopped to provide balance, which can come in handy when there's black ice around.
The beer that made us famous, our Joseph Holt Bitter. Pours a deep amber with a creamy head encompassing full bitterness with a dry malt base.
Like the Queen wearing dirty sneakers, it's traditionally British with a rock star twist of American hops, giving citrus and tropical fruit, a round body and a drink-me-faster bitterness.
A smooth and creamy stout with a thick head, boasting berry hop flavours and a coffee-like finish.
Our ideal IPA wasn’t on the menu, so we made it. Resisting piling up a variety of hops like toppings on a burger, we held the pickles and did things our way. Sandwiching together light malts, clean Cali ale yeast and early harvest Simcoe hops.
Medium-sweet, cloudy, and slowly matured still cider made from freshly pressed apples, paired with a refreshing infusion of rhubarb juice. The well balanced, fruity taste and tart finish provides a deliciously moreish cider.
A rich, refreshingly fruity cider, created with the sweetest dessert apples, a fresh berry aroma and bold natural blackcurrant flavour.
A traditional apple cider infused with the flavour of warming spices, creating a smooth, rich, full flavoured cider. Vegan friendly.
Crafted with naturally juicy, aromatic apples chosen for their sweetness – Braeburn, Fuji and Gala. Bursting with natural blood orange flavour, this is a vibrant and sparkling cider.
This crafted Somerset cider is full of flavour blended from the highest quality apples, here at Myrtle Farm. A medium dry golden cider, with a smooth and refreshing taste.
A premium golden session beer brewed first by Dave mid way through the year 2000. Brought back to life by Dave using a perfect balance of hops and malt.
Deep red in colour, this ruby ale uses a blend of red and dark crystal malts to create a smooth, rich, malty flavour, followed by a light, subtly sweet finish. The fourth and final instalment in our Modern Classics series, showcasing some of the most popular seasonal beers from recent years.
A dry hopped pale ale. Full of tropical fruit goodness from masses of Mosaic, Talus and Citra Spectrum and hops. Fermented with Kveik yeast for added depth. Vegan friendly.
A combination of Maris Otter pale malt and fine wheat malt, give this refreshing beer real zest. Add refreshing Yakima Galena and Cascade hops and what you get is a fantastic wheat beer that will hole any passing thirst.
Draught Burton Ale is a traditional light Burton ale. Part of our Heritage range of traditionally brewed ales.
Our take on a German style altbier which is German for old beer. It is fermented at a moderate temperature using a top-fermenting yeast which gives its flavour some fruitiness. Because Altbier is then matured at a cooler temperature, its flavour is more akin to lager beer styles than is the norm for top-fermented beers, such as British pale ale. Brewed as part of Dave's Heritage range and for the Euro's in Germany.
The first of our Modern Classics series celebrating some of our most popular seasonal beers from the past five years. Glacier is a light, refreshing pale ale first brewed in 2019. Bursting with Harlequin and Waimea hops, expect plenty of hoppy notes with a smooth, easy finish.
