We've dry hopped a batch of our classic golden Hophead – this time with lashings of Wai-iti hops from New Zealand. This brings a stone fruit, lime citrus aroma to the beer, which balances beautifully with the classic Hophead malt base of extra pale malt and caramalt. Not forgetting of course the elderflower hit from the Cascade hops. A stellar Hophead, as you have never seen it before.
A delightfully refreshing golden beer. Lightly hopped with subtle sweetness, a delicate citrus aroma and a gloriously golden colour. Hops: Magnum, Tradition and Hersbrucker.
A premium dark mild. Crystal and chocolate malts combine with wonderful Willamette hops to give a full bodied, complex character to this award winning ale.
This full-bodied, well-rounded pale ale has a warm golden hue that perfectly reflects a bright Yorkshire solstice. Mount hood and Opus hops are added late in the boil, creating sweet and delicate aromas. A true classic, brewed to stand the test of time. Previously known as Yorkshire Blonde.
Three American hop varieties are used in abundance to deliver a crisp, aromatic pale ale with clean and refreshing citrus-fruit flavours. The three C's come together to give this pale it's signature flavour: Cascade, Centennial and Chinook.
A classic Yorkshire Bitter. Finest English hops blend perfectly with our unique Yorkshire yeast to create a full flavoured beer with a superb hoppy finish.
A golden hoppy IPA with a delicate bitterness and lashings of citrus hop flavour. Made with spring pale barley and wheat malt with a smidgin of Vienna malt for body, a generous aroma addition of Citra and Mosaic plus a dry hopping with Nectaron fills the bouquet with pineapple and lemon, and a lingering pine aftertaste.
Thriving on bold, hoppy citrus flavours, this maverick is always ahead of the curve. This very pale, hoppy ale is made from low colour malt. A combination of Cascade, Columbus and Amarillo hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.
An incresingly dry, hoppy, bitter finish complements the spicy, citrus character of this full-flavoured and well balanced amber beer.
Pale hoppy bitter. Maris Otter and wheat malt give this straw-coloured ale body and a hint of residual malt sweetness, that meets its match in a vengeful punch of hop bitterness. Multiple additions of British First Gold administer barbs of citrus, and floral and grassy hits. With a generous dry hopping for a final twist of the knife.
Pale aromatic bitter. Light on the tongue, pale and paradoxically dry this ale will nonetheless leave your palate awash in subtle hop flavours and aromas. Liberal quantities of Hersbrucker hops will submerge you in their fresh floral, spicy scent and slight fruity tang.
A smooth, mellow and creamy jet-black stout. Bitterness is low and malt predominates, with chocolate, coffee and vanilla flavours to the fore. English-grown Bramling Cross hops steeped in the hot wort create a subtle blackcurrant and spicy aroma.
The definitive English Bitter. This fine golden-coloured beer has a full flavour that lingers pleasantly on the palate. With good bitter sweet balance, this beer has a subtle hop character described as citrus and spicy. It's a refreshing and very satisfying pint - noted for the aroma of its Fuggle hops and the dry hopping of Bramling Cross to add to its characteristic Theakston aroma.
One of the original Ossett core beers from 1998 and SIBA national champion. This regal beer continues to be a timeless classic. A simple combination of UK grown pale malt and American Cascade and Chinook hops result in a crisp, dry and refreshing pale ale with aromas of citrus fruit and balanced bitterness. Gluten free.
A well-balanced, genuine Yorkshire Bitter, with a full measure of maltiness and hoppy aroma. Boltmaker is first choice for the discerning drinker - on both sides of the Pennines.
A vibrantly fresh and punchy New World pale ale with a clean white head. Aromas of freshly peeled citrus fruits rise above a delicate touch of mango. On the palate, bursts of juicy citrus dance with the pale malt to offer a beautifully clean sweetness before the fragrant hops leave a long and lasting bitter finish.
An easy drinking pale ale. Light and hoppy with delicate floral notes and a well balanced finish.
