This tawny-coloured premium ale borrows sweet raisin, biscuit and dried-fruit notes from the crystal malt, while fresh, piney herbs emanate from the hops. A medium dry cider made using the same techniques as Pilot, but with a reduced amount of apple juice, we were able to both increase the dryness, strength and hit of wild cider.

A classic hoppy pale ale with Chinook and Willamette hops full of zingy freshness. Originally brewed in Spring it was named after the Latin for the Swallow, Spring's most anticipated avian arrival. It is superbly quaffable at any time of year.

For this pale ale, we have focused on blending Muntons Malt extra pale Planet with Bestmalz Heidelburg for a super low colour pint. We've then hopped this beer with Nelson Sauvin leaf on the copper and dry hopped with El Dorado Cryo at pitch and Nelson T90 in conditioning.

Unstoppable. Juggernaut packs a double dry hop charge of Simcoe and El Dorado, paired with Krush for a pale ale that hits you with tropical fruit, citrus peel and sticky pine.

Light and refreshing, yet flavourful, this session Pacific IPA has a zingy mix of New Zealand and American hops. Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Sabro bring an inviting combination of lemon, lime, grape, gooseberry and tropical fruit. A restrained bitterness completes this uber gluggable delight. Lower in ABV, but high in satisfaction. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

Our second venture into the rapidly increasing popularity of English hopped pale ales, is this single hopped bright beer. Hopped exclusively with large amounts of Harlequin T90 pellets, this modern fruit-forward hop brings notes of subtle tropical pineapple, fleshy apricot, a touch of peach and a refreshing crisp bitterness. Vegan friendly.

An extra special version of our beloved Railway Porter aged on Brettanomyces wild yeast for a minimum of nine months. Smooth and dry notable dark fruit and red berry flavours and a funky accent. Vegan friendly.

Fresh pressed modern dry West Country cider. Still and cloudy, with a hit of fresh apple and classic bittersweet backbone.

Thundering Molly is a well rounded medium cider. Fresh and fruity with a lovely apple aroma. Gorgeous golden colour and a balanced finish. Made on our Herefordshire farm from 100% cider apples. Made from a blend of bitter sweet and sharp cider apples.

A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.
