Full bodied black stout. We use lots of oats to give a good mouthfeel and dark malts provide lots of backbone with toffee and caramel tones. Final gravity is 1013 giving an element of sweetness to balance the bitterness from the roast malts. This is a very easy drinking stout.
Light, copper-coloured ale with fruity taste and aromas with an unusual blend of body and dryness.
Clean taste, light straw colour and crisp carbonation. We then added Ella and Summer Australian hops with Ella bringing light, fruity, gently herbal notes blending perfectly with the balanced melon and peach characteristics of Summer. A refreshingly different spin on lager.
Brewed and matured for 102 days, about 7 times longer than most other beers and using the finest ingredients: Moravian Malt, Whole cone Saaz hops, Artesian water from a Glacial well directly underneath the brewery and our own strain of yeast. This beer is perfectly balanced and remains independently owned by the Czech people.
